CrossFit is a principal strength and conditioning program, designed for universal scale ability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity". No aspect of functional movement is more important than the capacity to move large loads over long distances, and to do so quickly.

We have Six CrossFit Level 1 trainers who also hold many other specialized certifications in everything from Gymnastics to Olympic Lifting to Running and Endurance Training.
