Squat Snatch (1 Rep Max)
Clean (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift.
Men add 10#, Women add 5#.
Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible. When you fail, rest for the next minute.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible. Rest for the next whole minute.
Once you cannot clean the weight, Deadlift for as long as possible.
