Handstands:

— Wall walks + bailing

— Staying hollow

— Upside down feet

— Crow pose

Handstand Walk:

— Stay hollow

— Lead with the hips

— It’s like walking, but upside down

— Sway

Handstand Pushups:

— Inverted thrusters

Pistols:

— Start small, build big

— Counterbalance is your friend

— Eyes on the prize
