Why are our workouts different?

Workouts at Centennial Crossfit are different than your traditional gym.

  • Every day is a different workout – We mix things up so your workouts don’t become boring and repetitive. 
  • They are infinitely scalable – we can adjust a workout to match your fitness level.  We have trained 80 year old grandmothers, 30 year old men who seem to breathe fire, and teens.  Each person is working out to the best of their abilities and that is what matters most.
  • Personalized coaching – our coaches will be with you through the workout to make sure you are training safely, but also encourage you to push yourself.
  • Its a group effort – working out as a group helps everyone improve.  You go through it as a team and see others pushing themselves right beside you.  The unique thing is that the last person to finish will always get the most encouragement.  We are all in this together!
  • Accountability – we will follow up if we haven’t seen you in a while.  What other gyms do that?!
