The Basics:

— It’s all in the hips

— Foot position

— Keep it efficient (KB position)

— Arms are ropes, hands are hooks, KB is a wrecking ball

— American Swing Type 1 / American Swing Type 2

One KB:

— Swing

— Clean

— Push press

— Snatch
