Banded side walk (both sides) for the length of gym

10 good mornings

Weightlifting

Deadlift (5-5-5-5-5)

Deadlifts are touch and go and not 5 singles. Record heaviest 5 rep. If you DNF, record the prior successful lift.

Extra Credit

EMOM 2 push press and 4 push jerks (Weight)

EMOM x 8

-2 Push Presses + 4 Push Jerks

*Pick a moderately heavy weight. Needs to be unbroken.
