Warm-up

The CrossFit Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Weightlifting

Overhead Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

Do a couple of warm up sets before starting in on the 5×3. Record highest complete set. If you DNF on last try, record the prior successful lift.
