8 lunges each leg, then switch. Elevate front foot on a plate for extra burn.
Single Leg Deadlift (5×8)
Elevate back foot on small box or bench, or stagger stance if balance is too tough.
8 each leg then switch.
Rest 2:00 then start with lunges. 20:00 window. Shoot for 5 sets.
