Building to a heavy set of 5. Superset with Single Leg Deadlift.

20:00 to get 4 or 5 sets.

Single Leg Deadlift (5×5)

Back foot slightly elevated if possible (stagger stance if not). 5 on each leg.

Rest 1:30 then start on Front Squats.
